Hello! I'm just going to start off with saying thankyou, I love playing thought prvoking games and not many games push me to think about self reflecting thoughts or just provoke me to  reflect on myself. I won't lie I wasn't expecting a lot at first, but once i got into the game i really did love playing it and enjoyed the message it brought to the table. And you know the game actually made me go into an almost existential crisis someway through. But, past all the jokes I really loved your game, and it will most likely go down as one of my favorites.

Going in I suspected that this was going to be a game that was about a powerfull experience, not a powerful game. Boy was I wrong. In under 48 hours you manged to build a game that successfully communicated the realities, as far as I'm aware, of living with these disabilities via the mechanics. Detailed feedback at the end of the video. Well done.

Hi,

Thanks for the review and the walkthrough. You dind't miss any point we wanted to make the player feel during the game.
We are still students but things like this give us the energy to become proffessional game developers.

Happy you like the experience and hope to bring all of you better games in the future.

I did screw up the recording and lost all the audio. I hope I did a decent job splicing it all back in. You've made quite the game here, even for as simple as it is to play. Well done.

This game proposes many thought provoking situations for me as a player. Firstly, it makes me curious and concerned about the developer's desire to make such a wonderful game around awareness. By no means is this the most engaging platformer or video game as a whole, but what it offers is far better than any game. It provokes simple emotions of human nature, at least when you become immersed. On its surface it may appear to be a jumping short story, however the concepts of this game is what should really stand out as admirable. I thoroughly had an out of MYSELF experience as this game taught me what it was like having such unimaginable disabilities through simple minigames. I recommend you play this if you gave my ramblings a read, but take away more than what the game offers, take away what you can offer. This game's message speaks for itself in its sincerity, and as such I will say no more.

Hi,

Thank you for give our game a try. Just to make some of you live an experience like this and enjoy it is enough reward for us.

I tried DL'ing it via the itch app, but it said there was no executable file. Could you check the package? Thanks in advance! (Obviously, I can't say much about the game itself, except that the artwork looks stunning.)

Hi,

We're trying to fix it, in which SO are you trying to DL'ing, Windows seems to work right.

(1 edit)

Thanks! I use Mac OS 10.11.6 (El Capitan). Also, I'll close then reopen the itch app and try the DL again. You never know. :-)

Edit: closing and reopening the itch app did it, I have no idea why.

Okey, thanks for the report amyway and sorry for the issues.

Hope you enjoy it! :)
